Fourth of July Happenings

It’s Independence Day Weekend and many of the breweries and distilleries on our trail are doing something special to celebrate. Lucky for you, we compiled all of the Fourth of July happenings this weekend so you can celebrate and fill up your Toast the Coast Pocket Guide.

Here is a listing of the locations that are putting on special events for the Independence Day Weekend.

Alewerks Brewing Co.

Alewerks is celebrating with the release of the very patriotically-colored Eagle Air Guitar Double IPA on Saturday, July 3, which will be available on tap or in 4 packs of 16-oz cans.

Brass Cannon Brewing

Brass Cannon is celebrating all-weekend-long with the Independence Day Weekend Celebration with live music, Kirbside Dawgs and Hawgs on the grill, and games back on the patio.

Capstan Bar Brewing Co.

Stop by for the 4th of July Celebration Cookout on Saturday, July 3 for poker, live music, and more! The cookout may be on Saturday but there’s plenty of music, bingo and party to go all weekend long.

Coastal Fermentory & Ironclad Distillery

The Welcome To Earth Independence Day Parking Lot Party on Saturday, July 3 is hosted by two Toast the Coast locations that are neighbors featuring food trucks, live music, the amazing spirits and brews at these locations, and the release of Coastal Fermentory’s new hazy IPA!

Oozlefinch Beers & Blending

It’s a party all weekend long at Oozlefinch with food trucks and live music galore, culminating in the 4th of July Celebration on Sunday, July 4. In addition to the food trucks, they will also have coffee, tea, and Kona Ice visiting for the festivities.

The Virginia Beer Co.

The celebrations last through Monday with The Virginia Beer Co.’s Freedom Jamfest with trivia, food trucks, live music, half-priced specials, and the new can release of their Hydration Formation Mexican Lager.
